The route begins heading southeast, where your pilot will fly you over Leipzig/Halle Airport. With a bit of luck, you might witness planes taking off and landing from the air. Next, the flight continues north, where you can admire the new Trade Fair and Leipzig University from above.
A highlight of your flight will be the view of the 26-hectare Leipzig Zoo, featuring the 6,500-square-meter Gondwanaland tropical hall. Along with the expansive green areas, you'll also have a chance to admire landmarks such as the Gewandhaus and the historic Battle of the Nations Monument.
The flight then heads south, crossing over the New Lake District. Here, the natural beauty of the Central German Lake District unfolds, offering you an unforgettable view.
As you begin your return journey, you’ll also catch a glimpse of Belantis Park from above. Flying over the green belt of Leipzig, your pilot will take you on a detour over the city center of Halle, where you'll get a grand view of the famous Market Square with the Market Church and the Red Tower. The helicopter flight will conclude after about 60 minutes back at Halle-Oppin Airport.
