No, for your marriage proposal in the helicopter with AIR LLOYD, you don't need permission for aerial photography. You are allowed to take photos before, during, and after the flight.

Can I take a photographer with me on the helicopter for my marriage proposal?

We reserve the right not to fly in bad weather conditions to ensure the safety of our guests and pilots. Rest assured, in such cases, we will work together to find a suitable solution and arrange a new date.

This decision may also be made at short notice, as weather forecasts can vary depending on the region.

Are children allowed to fly in a helicopter? Is there a minimum age?

Children from 5 years old are welcome to fly in our helicopters. Our young passengers should be able to sit independently (even with a booster seat provided by us). Children are not allowed to fly on an adult's lap.

Is it possible to extend the helicopter tours?

Yes, but this must be clarified 14 days in advance, as the helicopter must be refueled accordingly and there may be a backlog of following passengers.

Can we be flown by helicopter to a location?

With agreement on the location and a suitable landing area, this can be realized.

What happens if I cannot participate in the flight at short notice?

The booked date is binding. The flight ticket is transferable and can also be redeemed by another person. You are welcome to change your booking up to 14 days before the confirmed date.

What happens if I am late?

We kindly ask you to inform us of the delay immediately. We will then find a solution together.

What health requirements must be met for a helicopter sightseeing flight?

You should feel healthy and be able to participate in public life. Participation in the flight is also possible for wheelchair users. You can drive to the airfield with your wheelchair, and we will assist you in boarding the helicopter.

Can you also fly by helicopter in winter?

Yes, a helicopter flight in winter is possible in the right weather conditions.

Can I fly pregnant in a helicopter?

Yes, but it is not recommended as the noise pollution for the unborn child is too high.

Are there weight restrictions when flying in a helicopter?
  • In the Robinson R44, the maximum weight per person is 110 kg including clothing.
  • In the Bell 206 Jet Ranger, the maximum weight per person is 120 kg including clothing.

If a passenger exceeds the weight limit, they must consult with us beforehand so that we can find a solution together.

How much time do I need to plan for my sightseeing flight?

We ask you to arrive at the agreed meeting point 20 minutes before the specified departure time. The total duration depends on the booked flight time.

How many passengers fly in the helicopter?

For sightseeing flights, an R44 is usually used, a 4-seater helicopter for 3 passengers plus pilot. The larger B206 helicopter has 5 seats and room for 4 passengers plus pilot.
