Withdrawal Policy (Services) & Withdrawal Form

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

A. Withdrawal Policy (Services)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the website at https://www.airlloyd.de/en/withdrawal-form . If you make use of this online option, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is proportionate to the services already provided up to the point at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the full scope of the services envisaged under the contract.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than residential purposes if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you had given your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.
